About Us

Seabrook Architects celebrated 25 years in professional practice on 1st June 2020.

The firm is led by Managing Director and Principal Architect, Julian Seabrook, RIBA, who started his practice in the summer of 1995 with several residential projects for private clients in Moor Park, Northwood.

Since then the firm has expanded and laid down very strong long-standing foundations in the design and delivery of high quality architecture in their core bespoke private residential and developer-led commercial residential markets across London and the Home Counties. Over these years, the firm has also gained a great deal of experience in the design and delivery of hotel and leisure projects in the UK & over-seas and also the office and light industrial & distribution centre markets in London and the South-East.

The firm has a full-time staff of 10 and well used to working on either a partial or a full service basis and on projects with budgets ranging from £250,000 to £10M and more.

We are proud to have consistently served our clients over the past 25 years and much look forward to continuing such service in the years to come.
